If I had to boil it down to one sentence, Renegade means community. Renegade has the feeling of old school fandom that I haven't had the pleasure of feeling in a while; the sense of community and wonder. It's incredible to me that we can all be from such different walks of life - different countries, different continents, fandoms wholly on other ends of the spectrum from one another - and still share in one communal thread that links us all together.
